I'm not saying you couldn't make an argument for taking the Cavs here -- I'd definitely lean Cleveland if I had to play it -- but from +2 to -1.5 with the public on Detroit so far? Come on. Seems a little too exaggerated.

I guess everyone's thinking is that the Cavs are due.

Everyone's not, though. Public will be on Detroit.

I can't see sharps finding that much value in Cleveland - anything against anyone right now.

Both teams will care a lot about this game, I'm curious about the Pistons, I can't tell if they are any good, if they could maybe beat the knicks or the kings or somebody like that. If Pistons don't win tonight, you'll know they really do suck, because you know they don't want to.

Nocoin, what about the Bulls-Jazz line movement? Opened at 2.5, now I can see its almost down to 1. Maybe even PK at game time.

Rip isn't playing. Detroit is just as bad away as Cleveland is at home. The Cavaliers have won four straight and five of six at Quicken Loans Arena versus the Pistons.

How many this year? I don't find any help in that statistic.

Detroit defeated Cleveland 102-92 on Dec. 5 behind 27 points from Hamilton and 24 from Stuckey. That snapped a seven-game losing streak in the series.

Hamilton isn't playing in this one. So this year Detroit is 1-0.

Is the opening line on the Bulls-Jazz game at 2.5 begging us to take Chicago? Line now is down to 1. What does that tell us?

To me it says alot about what they think about Chicago tonight. Utah usually is big home court advantage meaning they would be a bigger favorite here. Then again the bulls have been pretty mediocre on the road.

Exactly what I was thinking. And yet it's games like these that draw the least amount of BS come gametime. Precisely because there isn't serious money on it. (Or is there?)

Hmm Cavs are due for a win and Detroit isn't a beast of a team. So Cavs winning isn't impossible but I think when the Cavs win it will be when nobody expects it and tonight people expect it so the Cavs continue to lose and extend the streak to 26.

When the Cavs get a win there is going to be insane value on the ML. Probably something in the +500 or +600 range.

All of the games and teams to play Cavs will play extra hard not to be the first to loose from Cavs and be "the party breakers". So, I think Detriot has "the extra motivation" to win tonight. And also I agree with all who claim Cavs will beat someone at lines +500 and higher. Someone will underestimate Cavs, some big fav. But not tonight. Cavs loose another game tonight.
