Dallas Mavericks at New Orleans Hornets
    510 NOH -5.0 (-110) vs 509 DAL

The Nuggets let us down in the second game of their back-to-back last night, coughing up a 16 point lead and, as a result, preventing us from getting us the cover. I thought we could get away with backing Denver, despite the schedule factor, but it didn't work out. Tonight, we steer clear of that factor playing into any equation and grab the Hornets in a quick turnaround revenge situation against Dallas.

The Mavericks handed New Orleans their first loss of the season on Monday in Dallas in a come-from-behind performance in which the Hornets led by 10 with under 8 minutes to play, and I'm smelling a big revenge performance from Chris Paul and crew tonight. 4 is not a lot of points to lay at all in this spot, as the Hornets have won their last 6 against Dallas in the Big Easy with 4 of those wins coming by double digits. Paul owns the Mavericks, as well, averaging 28.7 pts, and 10.8 assists against Dallas over that 6 game stretch at home.

Cuz I think NOH are posers like the Hawks. Lose 1 game and they bend over.
