LAKER_CRAZY'S EARLY TOTAL PLAY FOR TONIGHT ( 06/11/2010)

( 3 UNIT PLAY)

1) New Jersey Nets vs Miami Heat ( Pick Game Totals Over 188 @ -110) : I was just going through the card for the plays tonight and i was amazed to see the line set so low for this game.The only reason that i could think of here is that the heat may decide to rest their big three once they take a commanding lead.However,i quite fancy the chances of taking the over here as Miami is coming off a unexpected loss to the hornets last night,and they will be looking to set the record straight against the nets tonight.The nets are not great on defense and they will have a hard time guarding Wade & james,i see this line moving upwards towards gametime so i am pretty happy of having taken it earlier.I like the heat to score at will and the nets to just do enough to cash this play.I like the over and have played it.Good luck

2) Orlando Magic VS Charlotte Bobcats ( Pick Game Totals Under 187 @ -110) : The Dominating Orlando Magic will be making a trip down to Charlotte to take on the bobcats after having had a good time at home winning all the games by an average of 28.7 points.However,things promise to be different here as defense will be the key in this matchup.We all know that the bobcats increase their defensive intensity when it comes to their home games and more often than not the teams have problems on the offensive end.The bobcats though will be hoping for a 20+ game for gerrard wallace because they are 3-0 against the magic when wallace scores 20 or more.I like the handicap for the bobcats also but will only make a final call on that later.I like the under here and have played it.

FYI, the Bobcats defense is one of the worst in the league. Its not the same team without Chandler and Felton as their replacements Augustine and Nazzi are AWFUL. Watched Orl play Nets last night and Nets played pretty good D on them, it looked like they were struggling and missing shots, but in the end they put up 105 without having a good game.

Looking at the average score for both these teams the line seems to be set correctly.

New Jersey scores 91.6 while giving up 97.8
Miami scores 99.3 while giving up 86.0

Averaging that out it comes to 187.35

Statistically speaking it looks correct.
Other factors however may push the score higher or lower. It all depends IMO on how interested the Heat are in playing the Nets.

Thanks for the Opinion Mate,If statistics did the talking in NBA all the time then the quote NBA ( where amazing happens) would not hold true.New jersey played a good defensive game against the magic but that has nothing to do with them doing the same thing against the heat.Guarding Lebron James & Wade can be a handful for the best defensive team and nets are not there by any mean feat.However,this is what i am playing,you are more than welcome to follow the statistics and fade my play.

What i post is my opinions and my plays here.If you took the under at 187,you can easily hedge that by taking the over at 185.I stand behind my plays,i still see the game going under.Good luck!

LAKER_CRAZY'S PLAYS NUMBER 3,4 & 5 FOR TONIGHT ( 06/11/2010)

( 2 UNIT PLAYS)

3) New jersey Nets vs Miami Heat ( Pick Miami Heat Team Totals Over 102.5 @ -120) : I think the Heat have a fantastic chance of getting over this set line for their totals.The nets can be broken down on defence and the heat have arguably the best offensive weapons in the form of James & Wade,I expect the heat to take this game very seriously after losing to the hornets,james & wade will be aggressive from the outset and the heat will dominate the nets tonight.I like the over for the heat and have played it.

4) Memphis Grizzlies vs Sacramento Kings ( Pick Game Totals Over 210.5 @ -110) : The grizzlies will finally have Zach Randolph back in the line up tonight and this should be interesting.On the other hand Despite hurting his ankle in the recent game,Evans is expected to play for the kings.The grizzlies are coming off a double overtime loss against the suns and many expect them to be tired here.However,having said that a few interesting things to note here are that the Kings finished worse than 23rd in scoring defense for the fourth straight campaign, coming in 25th at 104.4 points per game. They’ve allowed at least 58 first-half points in every game, and 60 or more in the first two periods of the last four.This game promises to be big on offense and both these teams will try to gain the upper hand and eventually try and get a grip on the game.I see easy a good number of points being scored here,i like the over here and have played it.

5) LA Clippers vs Utah Jazz ( Pick Utah Jazz Team Totals Over 108 @ -120) : The Jazz have so far been very unpredictable on offense either scoring too many or scoring too less,but they will relish the clippers coming to town whom they have dominated quite easily over the period of time.Here is something to shock you all..Utah has gone 40-1 at home against the Clippers since the start of the 1989-90 season, outscoring them by an average of nearly 14 points per game.The clippers suck,by suck i literally mean suck,they cant defend for their lives,they cant score for their lives,just a very disappointing team to say the least.I expect the Jazz Dominance to continue and the clippers to be taken to ask again tonight.I like the over for the jazz and have played it.
