It is when total is set on perception instead of reality. Suns lost offense when they lost Amare, and I don't think they adequately replaced his points. They did add some better defenders though, plus Robin Lopez should get more minutes and he is more defender/shot blocker than scorer right now.
That said, I HATE the line move.
Oh well.
