I think this is the reason for the line..

        From washingtonwizards.com preview

Toronto has won a season-high five straight home games by an average of 17.4 points since a 93-90 home loss to Cleveland on Jan. 6. The Raptors are averaging 107.2 points and shooting 50.9 percent from the floor in those games.

The Wizards, meanwhile, have been outscored by an average of 17.0 points in losing their last three road games.

With both squads entering a b2b with travel, I think I will grab the points here too and hope it plays out

I don't think that's it, there stuff like this for a lot of games, but lines don't move like that.

New Orleans has won their last 7 in a row by at least 14 each time, most by a lot more, and GS is on a road back-to-back, but that line of 8.5 hasn't even budged.

There's something unusual about this line, but I'm already on it at 8.5/9, so I'll see it through, but it's very strange movement, unless there is a major Washington injury. Big faves rarely jump like that. Remember, this game opened at 5! Now it's at 10.5 with no clear injury report?? Lines don't move like that.

Yes but Butler has been out a couple of games and it was already known he was out tonight. Thus, that alone doesn't explain the line move from +5 to +10.5.

Exactly! Noone who watched last night's game would have expected Tor to blow out Wizzy like this tonight. Real puzzler.

Who knows, but that was by far the most inexplicable line movement on an NBA game in my memory. From 5 to 8.5 by the evening is almost never seen, and then getting pounded further to 11, 2 middle of the road teams, no new injuries, very strange.

Interesting. Seems like more line movement on NBA totals.... more than the norm I think
