I agree completely. I like LeBron, but if he pays $49 mil for that piece of shit, he's crazy. He better get a crazy-ass discount in this economy. $35 mil or I walk. I need some new fly shit, not that old-school conservative crap. The kitchen and the living room have to go, but the two rooms at the bottom are cool. The outside is ok, the patio is off the hizzle, and the outside with the ivy is passable, but nothing special. NOTHING COMPARED TO RICK JAMES HOUSE.

The weight room has to be completely redone. The lighting is old-school flourescent, and there is not a two 60" flat screen set-up with the bomb-ass home quadrophonic theatre sound system pumping through it. I want this mother-f...kin' work-out room thumpin' with my dunks on one screen and my chase-down block compilation playing on the other screen!!! That tired-ass CRT TV goes in the trash can. Plus he needs about 30'x30' for stretching and work-outs with his trainer. This is the new millenium with new-millenium state of the art workouts.

I need all-new fly, up-to-date stuff with naked women in every room. My answer is the same answer Rick James gave when he emptied out his indoor pool and had cocaine & naked women in it around the clock, and they asked him he went too far. His answer----"There's no such place! Every day is a celebration!"

That argument doesn't fly when we're talking about one of the priciest homes in the richest areas of Miami. You think he got a good price for the home? Good market value? This purchase is all ego, not investment.

it's the best in Coral Gables. the oceanfront is what preserves the value, and it is very large,
there are people out there with a helluva lot more money than Mr. James.
he might make out fine.
could he have done better ? yes, as investments go.. but he has a very limited area
in which he wants to live now.
he's not a very sharp guy anyway.

Suicide Kings, you really have no clue what you are talking about. Do you know how many huge corner lots like that exist in the state of Florida? That is one of the best lots money can buy in one of the best communities in South Florida. You have no idea what that lot alone with no house on it is worth. I'll take action on a prop bet that LeBron will be a billionaire athlete for any amount you want.

That is not the best house in Miami, not even the best house in the zip code. There is a new house that was just built a couple of blocks away. This is by far the biggest and most expensive house in Coral Gables. LeBron asked to see this house and they told him it was out of his price range, he got mad and said he could afford it and wanted to see it anyways and they are going to look at it this week.

He is definitely going to live in the Gables, he's most likely going to rent a house though because there really isn't anything on the market for him. He wants to spend around 35 million but there's nothing he likes for that price.
