    Final Series - Lakers 4 - 1 ????
Is it just me or do the Lakers take the next two in Boston and close out the series? I am curious to hear others opinions. I still think Kobe hasn't had his monster game yet this series and Gasol has one more very good game left in him as well. I think Ray Allen had his monster game already and for KG's standards, he won't do what he did in Game 3 again, and it seems that Paul Pierce is just having a poor series. The only player on Boston playing well is Rondo. I think Boston is not a very good home court team and I would guess if they were in La for the next two, Boston would win one, but I am almost more confident in La winning in Boston, than Boston winning in Boston, which is why I think this series is going to end quicker than expected. Thoughts??

The bottom line to me is this- Artest totally shuts down Pierce. Period. Paul Pierce has been nonexsistent. I don't have the number on hand but I would guess he avg 18-22 points during the regular season? Some nights going for a lot more? I don't even notice him on the court...... KG goes for 25 and the lose at home? I just don't see how Boston can win both of these games? Kobe had a quiet 29, and almost shot them out of it late.....and they can't stop Fisher? This is over in 6. Bos will get 1 more at home, LA gets the other, and its done in LA game 6.

it's possible but seeing how the refs have been calling these games i wont be surprised if they put another vital laker player or two in foul trouble in either of the next 2 games in boston. pau gasol comes to mind.

id expect Bos to be getting every call in game 4 and it to be tied 2-2 then La take 5 and 6

Artest is making Pierce look mediocre and Fisher is running circles around Rondo on offense. It's more of the same in next game. Look for LA to blowout the Celts by 20 points in game 4.

i just see Boston doesn't have the chemistry like LA. Even when they score its not really that pretty. I can still see LA playing better than they have and if LA wins the next game, Boston will fold for the next game. Just my opinion though.

Not Likely, in sports motivation is everything. The Lakers came out with more intensity in game 3 like they did game 1. It's seem to me that Lakers only gives out that extra effort when they're are playing pissed off. Now that that rage has been vented out in game 3, I just don't see that same intensity in game 4. I mean it's already hard to win on the road to begin with, let alone two in a row. It's not like the Celtics suck. I mean if Ray Allen just scored 10 measly points or Pierce didn't sit virtually the entire game, the result could of easily been different.

Either way, I'm going to ride the Celts tomorrow based on that. If the Celts loses, then I like Kobe closing it out in game 5.

It will be 2-2 and game 5 will decide who wins this finals.

                            Series goes at least 6.

what if boston wins game 5? then they back to la up 3-2 but la wins game 6, you dont think la can win game 7?
in other words, thinking game 5 will decide the winner in this scenario is dumb because if boston wins they still have to close out la on the road. if la wins game 5, then yes, the winner of that game probably wins the title, la. game 5 is much bigger when its the 2-2-1-1-1 format. now sit down and mind your manners young man, you have much to learn about sports child

lakers wont allow a 2-2 situation in boston. they win game 4 and celtics most likley win game 5.

Boston will regain their composure in game 4. They had a lot of pressure to capitalize on their road win and win at home, which is something they haven't been too great at this post season. Now they have settled in and will be able to play their game. Ray Allen will recover and so will Pierce, and I see this series being tied 2-2.
