It isn't really correct to equate the "2 out of 3 in Boston" proposition with a series bet as you're not factoring in that the Lakers will be even more heavily favoured at home in Game 6 & 7, even if they're down 3-2 when they return. The Celtics should be favoured to win 2/3 in Boston, just as the Lakers would be if they were in Boston's position, going home for 3/4/5.
