this is my very first thread and it's almost sad how soon the playoffs will come to an end

For my first official call I'll go directly into BERSERK MODE, cause this is one of my PICKS OF GLORY (5-0)!



HIGH STAKES, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!

BOS@LAL - UNDER 48.5 - 4th Quarter

Usually I wouldn't rush the picking, especially in the first game of a new series, but this one needs to be locked down!

Here's why:
- the FT UNDER @ 192.5 is already worth the buck, but...
- both teams have a tendency to underperform in the 4th quarter
- H2H the 4th quarter score is especially low when playing at the LAL
- H2H the UNDER is 4-1 in the last 5 games (7-3 in the last 10 games)
- BOS defense will limit LAL scoring ability
- Jack Nicholson is not gonna wear any underpants!

All I can say is: it's about 40% of my playoff profits.
If I lose, I still have the yield of the regular season to keep me comfy,
but let's hope the NBA gods have mercy with me!

Andy, your record speaks for itself. In general it looks like a no-brainer but the fact that this game could be close and then you take into account a couple fouls and a three ball and you no the rest...i hope you hit this though!

You're right, this might be a close one, but it's still the strongest play IMO..
Even if the Game goes OVER, there's a good chance the 4thQ stays below the cut.

Ok, little recap:

BOS@LAL - BOS +1.5 - 3rd Quarter - NUGGET (low stake) - BUMMER!

BOS@LAL - UNDER 48.5 - 4th Quarter - PICK OF GLORY (high stake) - CASHED!

My two side-nuggets didn't make it. Not a big surprise for me.

The PICK OF GLORY, of course, made me shed tears of joy,
as the 4th quarter was the lowest scoring of them all!

All in all, a lot of upwards movement on my bankroll.
The medium-sized play in the WNBA cashed as well. Good night!

With the added insight, and some obvious strengths and weaknesses
on both teams, the next nuggets will be more precise!
