amare is not by far the best pf in the league. hes 4th right now. Gasol, Bosh and Dirk are all better than him.

Amare is WAY better than Odom. Odom just happens to be on the best team in basketball and gets big minutes off the bench.

Tough day for Amare because LB is right with saying his thickheaded. His mom was in his head too clearly and that won't be an issue next game.

noone is comparing odom and amare

and considering how sad amare's defense is, i am not sure if you can count kg or timmyd out yet... chemistry aside, can someone confidently say that trading kg or timmyd for amare for 1 season will be an upgrade for the team? amare doesn't even grab ten boards per game and is blocking only one shot per game save for his great year 2 years ago..

so yeah, let's leave the amare being best current PF in the leauge right now discussion. he's got a lot of work to do.

Garnette and Timmy are playing with some of the great hall of famers on their team and have more pieces around them to seem better than they are, although timmy still a top 5 pf and garnett top 7. Suns with Garnett or Duncan would have been bounced by now.

Goat, for the life of me I can't understand your lovefest for Amare. The dude can't play defense to save his life and is one of the worst rebounding PFs in the league. He also can't pass anything like Duncan or KG or Gasol.
