I understand where your coming from, but why would David Stern want Lebron and the Cavs to go to Toronto? Wouldn't he want the bigger market in Chicago? With Derrick Rose? MJ's house? Bulls have all the free agent money? Commentators will mention that at least 134 times a game? I just dont get your motive for this type of thinking but I wish you the best of luck sir.

First round means nothing to Stern. Cleveland 4-1 over the bulls vs 4-0 over the Raptors. Who cares. Whats important is the long run, Chicago is the major market team that will not hurt by missing the playoffs. Toronto, well.............
