The whole western conference is in must win situations. As their win/loss records affect playoff positioning

Thats a whole diffrent animal

You are gonna have a bunch of those teams playing each other

The average joe / square dosent even think of playoff positioning

Go back and look at the last 2 weeks of the nfl and see the record agiants the spread for teams that were in must win situations - Horrific

unfortunately there are only 2 teams this year as the west is pretty much determined

toronto lost last 3 games ATS and the bulls are 0-2 ATS last 2

keep fading these two teams !

i agree with golden greek. when the lesser team is the must win team, the bet is usually against the lesser team.

i haven't actually put this into practice, but i have watched this play out over and over these last couple of seasons. it seems to work in other sports too.

It works so well in many sports. What folks don't understand is that it's more difficult to win when you're playing under pressure. A team in a supposedly "must-win" situation often plays under pressure, which works to the advantage of the opponent.
