If the Eastern Conference holds up after all the teams played their 82 games, the Bucks will be the 5th seed in the East, just barely edging out Miami by a whisker due to its better Divisional record. If you were with the Celtics (48-29, 4th seed) or the Hawks (49-28, 3rd seed) organization, who would you rather have as your 1st round opponent in the play-offs? The Bucks? Or the Heat?

I went to work and didn't get to watch both games, did the Hawks flat out took a dive losing to the Pistons minus Rip, Tayshaun and Stuckey?

Daym! My local has no ml for the Wiz/Celts game. I guess everybody's on to the Celtics by now.

The Celtics wants the Bucks for their 1st round opponent in the play-offs, BIG TIME. Grab the Bucks at -1 while you can for tomorrow, this is the closest thing to a sure thing...

It is a smart move like what rfr3sh said kobe, it's a no-brainer, really; but I hope it backfires and bites them in the a$$ in the end...

Hell they have a better chance of beating the Heat than they do the Bucks IMHO.

Yeah I agree the Bucks aren't a pushover anymore. The Heat are the pushover team this year.

What an irony. The Bucks last 3 games are against the Celtics (twice, h & a) and the Hawks (h). The Bucks is a game ahead of the Heat for the 5th seed in the East and holds the tiebreak against the Heat, winning 3 of the 4 head to head. The Hawks pretty much owns the Celtics this season winning all 4 games, meaning, the Celtics will take the 4th spot without breaking a sweat. The Heat's last 3 games are very winnable, they will be playing the Knicks, the 76ers, and the Nets. The Bucks needs to win 1 more game to secure the 5th spot. The Celtics has 2 chances to make sure the Bucks gets it.

Will it be today? Or will it be on Wednesday? I say today and the Celtics will try to right their ship and end the regular season coming in to the play-offs on a winning note, they take Wednesday's game at home against the Bucks ...

I respectfully disagree, when you have DWade on your team, you will always have a chance. I'm pretty sure the Bucks are more than happy to "get" the Celtics as their 1st round opponents, so both teams will get what they want...

Bogut absolutely destroyed Davis and Perkins last time they played.

Bogut out for the season ... 37yr old Kurt Thomas is now the starting center. Huge blow for the Bucks come playoffs

Good call. Celtics with another marquee loss.

Bucks are relatively hot right now, but I think the Celtics believe they can't afford lose anymore. They've lacked any sense of defense for a while now.

Atlanta has already sat Johnson a few games, and even Bibby has been up in the air. I'd consider fading them if they play any more shitty teams. Boston, I'd play.
