i knew oden was going to be limping thru his entire NBA career. I swear I called that. I didnt think Durant was going to be first team all-nba someday, which he will be, but i knew oden was fools gold.

Have had the pure pleasure of watching Durant pretty much every game this season on the dish as I had a financial interest on the Okla over future. Can see his sweet game grow month by month............an all star for years to some.

Durant is just getting started. I wish he would have stayed in school just a little longer. great guy on the court and off inside the Austin City Limits, anyways.

You sure Roy and Durant could exist on the same team? Both are high volume shooters, however in theory putting those 2 scorers on the same team would be scary. Also it looked like Oden would be a franchise center(I never thought that though, i thought it was all hype)..if he could stay healthy(which he can't hah).

Roy and Durant both need the ball in their hands. If they had drafted Durant, I'm not sure how much either player would have developed. Maybe they complement each other and make Portland a dynasty team, or maybe not.

I still believe Oden will be a solid center, provided he stays healthy. A good defensive big man, which is what Portland needs.

This is the draft do over situation. Portland made the right move on draft day. Today knowing what they know, yes Durant would be the choice with no strong second choice to choose from.

Chi that was Durant 2 years ago. Nobody is immune to that kind of stardom. He is king of the world in his own head by now.

beerman if Portland had Durant they would be the best team in the NBA. Aldridge, Durant, and Roy. Thats a hell of a 2, 3, and 4 lineup.
