Roy felt a little pain in his hamstring during Friday's practice and his status for Saturday's game is still uncertain, The Columbian's Brian Smith reports.
Recommendation: Smith also learned from head coach Nate McMillan that the Trail Blazers may hold Roy out of the All-Star game if he does not return prior to the game. Roy's status for Saturday's game will likely be determined following that morning's shootaround.

                  He's not playing today:

Even before the team's shootaround is finished, the Blazers rule their star guard out for tonight's key game against the Lakers, marking the 10th consecutive game he will miss because of his strained right hamstring

they're a good hometeam but who woulda thought lamarcus aldridge can take over a team and lead it as the best player- with all the injuries. i still dont really believe it. the line seems like a gift for anyone who hops on the favorite

Brandon Roy will not play against the Lakers on Saturday because of his strained right hamstring.
Roy remains day-to-day but there's a chance that Portland will rest him through the All-Star break to avoid any setbacks. With a shortened Week 16 coming up, Fantasy owners should just bench him and hope that when he comes back he's 100%.

I'm sure he'll play. He seems determined not to miss any games this season.
