Even though the 3q line is LA -1.5 while the 4th is LA -1? wouldn't the higher 3q line mean LA is the play 3q as opposed to 4th? I don't know just curious

I don't read into line movement for quarters. I just think Suns will make a run at some point in the 3rd and LA puts them away with a Kobe fest down the stretch.
