#3436Goodnight Laker, Cowboys got me out of the hole. Rochester you are annoying like hell
Maybe you should ask for points and not bet them. Hopefully you can build them. Once you got a few of them, stop going all in. Just bet like 10, or 15 points a game. betting 2 top games a dayComment -

#3441I placed the clips at -1.5 and 5 minutes later and the line jumped 2.5......thought this might happen by the morning, glad i placed it....... we will see how glad i am after the game, they always look good going in, sometimes not so much on the way outComment -

#3442I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll "spot" you ten points. Here are the rules. Bet one game per day for 1 point each. If you really, really "love" two games, then go ahead and bet two games, but no more. No parlays, no money lines. Only totals or sides.
Report back in 30 days.
If you're any good you should still have some points.
This is a test to see if you have the discipline to stick to a plan.
If you don't think you can do this, or you are unwilling to try then just give back the points.Comment -

I am laughing too LB....guys get to anxious about teams in the first quarter and the way they are playing...the NBA is a LONG GAME! Be patient guys.
We should incorporate a rule...no in-game posting until Half Time....2H insight is always welcome....a lot of the in game posting is bogging down this thread and making legitimate plays and good analysis hard to find....
Good Job LB....don't get down...remember, a .500 day could be worse!

#3451I've been following this thread for over a month now and since I've been benefiting from this thread i thought i should contribute my 2 cents about money management which by far is the most important element. I consider this an investment and earning 10 - 20% per month is more than a deal.
Now here is a little thing i use.
First you break down your BR in 4 equal parts. This way you only risk 25% of your BR and the remaining 75% is protected if when you reach a losing streak, which does happen.
so to break it down....
BR = 1000
1000 / 4 = 250
so, you start wagering with your first block which is $250.00
(Remember to risk only 2 -3%, max 5% of your first block.)
As soon as your first block is doubled you simply add it back to your total bankroll
so 1000.00 + 250 = 1250.00
You repeat the process and break down your new BR (1250) into 4 equal parts so your
new 25% block is 312.50.
This is a slow process especially if you have a small bankroll but keep in mind as someone said in an earlier post,
this is not a sprint, its a marathon.
I hope this helps, especially the new comers.
LB to my estimate is hitting above 53% on his picks, therefore with proper Money management, WE
CAN ALL MAKE SOME DECENT MONEY, however there are losing streaks and we must be prepared.Comment -
