Lottery positioning: Who's playing to WIN?
Indiana and New Orleans are locked into their positions and have nothing to lose for. Charlotte and Philly could gain by losing but they've been playing to win recently. Does anyone see any tanking value out there?

I think the wild card tomorrow is Sacramento. They beat the Clippers in LA under some incredible circumstances:

They built up a 20 point lead and sat Mike Bibby and Kevin Martin (Brad Miller and Shareef Abdur-Rahim only played 23 and 20 minutes respectively) down for virtually the entire second half. It's clear they were tanking right? Wrong. They left Artest in for 41 minutes and he led the team to victory. So, were they playing to lose or what?

Sacramento has the talent to beat anybody and if they play their regulars and go all out, I think they're the favorites against the struggling Lakers.

What does everybody think? Will Sacramento play to win or lose?

Sacramento just lost to New Orleans with Artest playing the whole game... I'd rather go over on this game than anything.

Look, Sacramento is somehow FAVORED in this game? Oh yes, the Kings and Lakers had a real rivalry a few years ago. I'm sure Bibby, Miller and a few others remember that. Look out, I have a feeling Sacramento will show up to play spoiler! I'll be watching it closely.

Vegas Insider is reporting that both Utah and Houston will rest their starters. Utah is a seven point favorite for good reason, Houston may be the worst team in the league without McGrady AND Ming.
