NBA Playoff prop question

Saw Lakers +230 NO on playoffs immediately took for a nickel at an offshore book.
In retrospect, didnt consider the gay-ass 9-10 seed play in crap they implemented last year.
If they make the play-in shit as a 9 or 10 seed, does this still count as making playoffs?

Play-in does not sound like it is considered making the playoffs to me but have you had a close look at the books rules?
