All of my picks are based on value in the moneyline. There's no precise formula, just my opinion about how many games out of 10 a team would be likely to win straight up (no ATS odds considered). I'll pick whatever team I believe has the best ML value for each game then wait several hours to see which of those offer significantly better odds still. Those are the teams I then pick ATS.
