Can someone please explain these series odds....?

I have seen these odds on 5dimes but I can’t figure out what they mean... here’s an example of one of the lines offered for the series:


Philadelphia 76ers series games won +1½,+2 +123
Toronto Raptors series games won -1½,-2 -143

Half your wager is in 1.5 games and the other half is on 2 games

Those are asian lines. Basically means half the bet is on 1.5 and half on 2.

If Toronto wins 4-2, then half the bet will be void and the other half will win or lose depending who you bet.
