I'd have 2 dollars just this week. Heat +6 4 days ago and Quimsa +6 5 hours ago. What makes it feel even worse is when:

    1. The dog wins or ties Q4(and Q3)(Quimsa),
    2. The point loss in OT is higher than in any quarter(Heat, Quimsa),
    3. The dog blows the spread in the last few minutes when you're already counting your money(Quimsa).

If I was a live bettor I'd blindly back all favs to win OT because somehow they win 80% of the time. Look at these clowns, 10-0 in the last damn minute, what a bad beat.

This antiquated rule has to go.

I've never been able to find out why it exists in the first place, only that it's just always been this way.

What antiquated rule? That OT counts for betting purposes?

The OT rule is also super unfair to Unders bettors, because 5% of the time you're almost guaranteed to lose. Is that calculated into the line?
