Blazers +6.5 has me confused

Trying to understand why a team with a winning record & at least 24 hours rest is a +6.5 dog to a team with 3 straight losses?

This Portland team can stretch the court and Nurkic is strong in the post. Anyone have an idea why were sitting at +6.5? News that I don’t know about?

Portland started off the year strong but has been playing poor lately. Barely a 500 Club over the last 10 games or so I think.

Yeah, me too.... I just checked and they are 4-6 in their last 10. They actually led the west for a couple days about 10 games into the season. They are my hometown team and I watch them pretty closely. I'm not sure why they have been playing so poorly. I think they are a lot better than their recent play so I really like them tonight. Probably going to throw some on the ml as well.
