Thanks to you guys I'm winning again after losing so much in baseball. I didn't even make big bets in baseball either. It just chewed up slowly and consistently at my winnings till I finally stopped. So many people on here thanking you and showing appreciation and recognition for all your help.

Interesting tidbits regarding the game on Thursday. The game between thse two teas this time last year, Phoenix beat them 98-90 in Washington (6/24/08). So synergy is on Phoenix side so far on that one. However, once again, I don't like to ride on the chicken dinner express with Joe Public. This is one such situation that is too hard to ignore.

I estimate the total line for this game to be at 166. And this time the game will go under the total, as Phoenix string of games with travel involved (including abroad travel for Tarausi) and the long layoff rust for the Mystics will be just enough to make the going slow in the beginning, and that is all that will be needed for an under to be produced. The Mystics have only gone over one time when a total was 150 somethin' this year. If you give thm a total that is in the 160's I think we can get paid by playing the under in this game. No doubt that consensus wise we will definitely be with the minority.

I propose a play for Thursday's game of

Mystics/Mercury under 166 (Projected)

If the totals line is less than 168 you will already know what's going on. I came up with a combined score of 156

A couple of things going against Phoenix here:

1. Playing their 3rd game in 4 days.
2. Losing a heartbreaker to the Stars.
3. Road game.

We all know they don't play defense when they are fresh, what more when they are tired. The Mystics on the other hand are no defensive juggernauts either but are slightly better than the Mercury. This will still be a high scoring ball game with Phoenix being on the losing end. The over is 4-1 in their past 5 meetings while the Mystics hold a 7-3 ATS advantage in their last 10.

These are the official starting numbers for this game. Wherever things end up it starts from here.

Already the line for the total is down to 172.5 from the opening number of 175, Sexymit. I say that we pound this line soon. It is WAY OFF

Obviously this is in response to Phoenix going over the total as much as they have this year. This game goes WAY under the total

Does anyone know what time thegreek posts WNBA lines! Good debate here for this one, see Phoenix's point, but sometimes IMO no defense and tired and no offense hopefully turns into a can't hit the side of a barn game?

Don't know the WNBA for sure, just looking at situational play from you guys knowledge! There is nothing like a forum with good discussion! Wish I could offer more, but really appreciate everyone's insight!

Okay Sexymit, I would like to retract that statement in post #1550. We should kick back for a bit. It's at 176 at Pinnacle, which is a strong indicator that the public is on the over without seeing the BT movement. So if we are taking the under, we should probably wait to play it, as the public may drive the line up to 177 or 178.

You better ask somebody about what we do with football. Last year all that you had to do was play the Giants with me the first 12 games or so of the season and you would have had all the money. This year the same kind of results will be acheived by taking the Patriots. Patriots will just go back to being the Patriots again blowing out teams as if they had no regard for human life! They are actully an under the radar team right now, and a great number is there for the taking with their odds to win the Super Bowl.

Chicago needs db's. If they can get db's then the Bears will win their division, and they also have a good price to win their Division.

They're getting into position to be a heavyweight, and they will produce the cars of the future with the backing of Mercedes. A homie from here told me about this stock a while back. This one is going to be a monster with a plush return in two weeks.

I think that Phoenix is going to be tired! They have played 3 games in 4 days... So that leads me to think either they are so tired that they won't make shots, or they are so tired that they won't play defense! Washington has been surprising people all yr. Last yr they were one of the worst teams in the WNBA! I think Phoenix wins this game and it goes under. Don't think Phoenix will run and gun as much with playing so many games in a few days!

Friday CK are we still going with your theory about fading the team that beats the defending champs? Indiana beat them 2 times this week alone, I think that would amount to a pretty decent play!

Bookmaker/Diamond/5dimes just put out the O/U on Phoenix at 178. I think that is the best number that will be achieved on this game.

If Phoenix wins it's going over but if Washington wins it's going under. I would say under 178 because of the fatigue of Phoenix. But then again if look at last year the fatigue didn't effect them... so I don't know. This is why I don't do over/under's. I think Washington wins this though. But then again Washington hasn't really played anyone good. Beating Chicago who are 0-4 on the road means nothing. And the Connecticut Sun are an average team. And the rest of the wins are from Atlanta and Detroit who aren't that great. So Washington has played an easy schedule so I'm not convinced that this team is good. So again I don't know. But I guess if I had to chose I would have to go with the bookies on this one lol and take Washington -3 or -2 buying points maybe.

That's a 3 unit game with no regard for the other games being played that day if you ask me.

And just think of all the anglesthat we can gain from watching all of the other action for the upcoming games for those teams. And we can get that knowledge FREE without investing a single dollar on those games. We may get three picks for the next games of those teams just by watching them.

And what I have learned in all of my years of capping is that when you have a premium quality pick, don't play anything else that day. This is a f*ckin' underground slick leather jacket play. We're at 6 bones now. I think that we can take a chance and go with a 3 unit play. The public might even mandate that we get points at home. THAT will be mistake of the WNBA season.

New York is just going to blindside them with additional T-bone action. The squares will be lining up for a 2 mile stretch at the counter laying their rent on the Fever. We will line up on the side of the books and make the long bread off of the short bread.

The Liberty run some of the best half court sets in the WNBA with their back door cut Princeton style offense. They will do what they always do in big games. Milk the clock and run their sets. Indiana has more spectacular players, but the Liberty are their equal in execution at the very least, especially at home with all of it's advantages.

Onto other subjects now. Our unit measure has to go up now as well. We are at the 6 dime mark, so now the unit measure should be raised to compliment the train smoke. I think that a raise to $300 for a unit should now be the new standard play as a 2 unit play would be approximately a tenth of our roll. We may only be here for a week or so. With projected growth, we should be at $400.00 a unit in about 2 more dimes (8).

Time to upgrade your nuts boys!

San Antonio should not be favored by more than 3.5 in that game. Anything over that and money will spill like blood in the casinos. Sacramento will cover any number over 3 in that game. San Antonio without Becky Hammon was horrible. San Antonio with a tired Becky Hammon will be just as bad. She has a lot of miles on that hot little bod. This is a good news/bad news scenrio. The bad news is that the Silver Stars are in a bad position to get the cover in this game.
