When a team opens from Dog (+), and before tip off gets Favorite (-), it is the PLAY.
This scenário didn't apply to the Indiana Pacers, it was the exact opposite ( but they were playing lights out! )

Clippers may rest all first team in 4th qrt if they are winning big, just to rest them to crush Kobe + 4 players team tomorrow, allowing Okc to cover.

At this point, almost tip off, i was expecting the Suns as a favorite.
The line changed from + to -, but returned very fast to (+) again...

IF they get favorite, then i have more connfidence on pick
