    Lock of the Century?
I've followed the forums for awhile now, you guys always seem to provide good insight.

Am I missing something, or is Denver -1.5 at Thunder not the lock of the century?? I'm thinking of betting my 80% of my bankroll on this (not much 600)

    Thoughts?

Not at all...Martin and Billups are both questionable (judging by the line move I would say someone already knows Billups is out but haven't found the news myself) and Melo twisted his ankle during the game yesterday as well. OKC has been playing decent and are rested while Denver on B2B.

Problems: Billups' status is questionable for tonight's game after hurting his ankle last night.
      K. Martin is also questionable with strep throat for tonight's game.

After Billups left the game, the Nuggets played like crap last night.

This is far from a lock

Ok, saying Billups and Martin both play. Don't you see Denver winning this game by 4 or more?

I love this line, I think Billups and Martin both go and its a 10 point win.

Last game vs OKC came down to a last second game winner by Melo. Even if Billups plays I'm not sure how effective he will be...even a minor ankle injury can dramatically change the game. Here is the latest:

OKLAHOMA CITY — Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin (strep throat) did make the trip with the team to Oklahoma City and is a game-time decision for tonight's matchup against the Thunder, as is guard Chauncey Billups (ankle).

The all-star guard injured his ankle in last night's home win against San Antonio. The Nuggets won their previous game here this season on a last-second Carmelo Anthony 3-pointer last month.

Exactly, the spread for this game was -8 (if I'm correct) and this was with a healthy Denver line-up. Oklahoma City is playing well at home right now. Proceed with caution.

OKC wins straight up. Please don't use the word lock in here, everyone will think you are a retard.

Vassman and Diogee what teams do you like tonight?

I'm thinking of taking +4 golden state at home.

                      I like the Mavericks tonight (-3.5); a play I'm liking a lot

Naturally I would lean towards Denver even with the injuries. But we are talking NBA here where Home dogs DO COVER. Thunder have won their last 4 of 5 home games. You got Durantasaurus Rex and a hot rookie Westbrook who dropped 34 points Monday night.

Wouldn't call it lock of the century, maybe lock of the Wednesday Night 8PM Games.

That's why I put the question mark at the end. If billups and martin play, I cannot see the thunder coming within 5 points.
