5 dimes is great for nba betting , think they offer 105 lines for each game ,
but if you're from europe nobody beats pinnacle ,
they have the best lines and you're also able to buy and sell points .

Betfair (Europe only, I think?) is an amazing exchange site like Matchbook, lines are usually about the same, but their selection is amazing. They cover all sports and all leagues!

I use betjam and they are very good. You will get your money fast.
