Maybe some oil sheik would throw away money on a 5 or 6 teamer but how much would they know about capping anyway? Vegas ain't scared of that type of bet.

chances are that last leg of the parlay would be under 189.5... but with 3 secs left and the team down 7 would decide to foul with the total score sitting at 188... of course the guy would sink 2 free throws and the total would than be 190 resulting in you losing your 10 team 11 million dollar parlay win

im guessing its comuterized all linked together and they can see the max loss win due to certain game outcomes

Yes, Las Vegas the city would collectively make a call on the bat phone direct to the NBA, in David Stern's lair. He would then inform the officials, coaches, and players involved in the game what the outcome should be. All of them would comply, making it look just plausibly real enough to be a legit game. None of the parties involved would ever speak a word of it to anyone for the rest of their lives. But we would all see the truth.

years ago when I was in reno for awhile I heard about a casino offering a guy a buyout on the last game of big parlay- say you hit 9 of 10 and stood to win a million they might offer you buyout of a lesser amount
