rumour has it that orlando didn't want to follow the script stern gave them for this game and decided to go their own path. luckily stern was able to place a direct call to the head referee to get the play back on track.

BTW:

During the morning shootaround, Heat center Chris Bosh said they won’t allow a repeat performance by Magic center Nikola Vucevic. He recorded a franchise-record 29 rebounds when the teams met Dec. 31 in Orlando. Bosh said, “He won’t be getting 29 rebounds tonight.”

Vucevic had 25 points, 21 rebounds, 4 asists and 1 steal
