It's not flopping if you actually get fouled, which he did.

He has to exaggerate a little since he is so strong or he would never get fouls called.

Everyone thinks because hes LBJ fouls shouldn't get called I'll never understand it and it will only get worse in the Playoffs when all the Heat haters come out in full effect

That was an offensive foul. George put his forearm to Lebron's chest and shoved him. Lebron exaggerated but it was still a foul.
