Knew it. They just don't have the defense to close games out. As soon as teams take the game seriously, it's over because they can't get stops. They commit such ticky tack fouls and there's no help defense on drives at all. The only thing they hope for is the other team to miss because they're so good at rebounding. Just not a good team at all, no team defense, no individual defense except for varejao.Comment -

I think I'm going to stay away from that game. I don't see an edge on either side. Hornets usually keep games close and they play extremely hard. Also, this is a really bad situational spot for GS as it's their first game back from a long road trip against one of the worst teams (record wise) in the league. I don't see them losing but I actually see a lot of value in +7.5. Staying away but good luck, I'll be rooting for GS.Comment -

Boston/Cleveland under 193 1x
- I have this game set at 190.5. Although Cleveland plays at a fast pace, I think Boston knows they really need to clamp down on defense tomorrow to end their 3 game slide. They know that they just don't have enough offense to outscore other teams. To be honest, after the embarrassing loss tonight Boston had to Chicago, there's no way Doc Rivers doesn't light a fire on his team to play with energy and intensity which should all translate on the defensive end of the court. Cleveland is last in offensive efficiency and I just don't see them being able to play well here on the road. I think they have trouble shooting the three and Irving will be the only one capable of scoring (though I think he'll probably light up Boston). I'm seeing a 100-85 type of game here. The only thing keeping me from putting two units on here is Cleveland's awful defense. I mentioned it tonight, their defense is undoubtedly the worst in the league. But paired with Boston's inefficient offense, I think this should stay under 193. I want to play the spread too but I don't like the hook on the key number of 7 so I will watch the line.
Nola/LAC over 191 1x
- Chris Paul will go off in this game for something like 26-8 and Blake Griffin should go insane in this game. Lob City will be everywhere and there will be a lot of foul shots. Granted LAC is not a great ft shooting team but it will stop the clock for easy points. I just don't see how Nola will have anything to stop LAC here. Nola has been on a roll lately themselves too in terms of scoring especially against good teams. They can put up 93+ here and as for LAC, I think they have the potential to really roll this one out for 110+. I don't see LAC scoring less than 25 in any of the 4 quarters.

I like the Cleveland/Boston under as well, have similar thoughts about this one. With Celtics almost guaranteed to rack up 100+ it's going to to be close.

I feel the Boston game is going over -- Boston 104-96 type game..
Houston may be worth a look at -7 only if Holiday is out again. Otherwise I would play the sixers +7
Utah wins straight up at Indiana (Indiana FG % has been awful recently and the Jazz are starting to play good D)

- Pure value bet. Philly is missing Jru who is a gametime decision but I doubt he will play. Even then, they're an above average defensive team and they're young enough to run with the Rockets. I think they should be able to bother Lin here with length. Harden can't be stopped but can only be contained as long as they keep him off the 3point line. Rockets are a really poor defensive team so I see no reason why Philly can't put up points here. They don't have their designated scorer in this game but they have a lot of players who are capable of putting 13-15 points (Thad, Hawes, Wright, etc) and Turner should have a decent game here too against Lin. I wanted to add to this play but I'll let it stick at 1x for now.Comment -

This Boston defense is so foreign to me. People say this team is old but it's just KG, Paul, and Terry. The other members are relatively young so how can a Doc Rivers coached team be playing so poor on defense? It's not like it's individual defense that matters anymore, it's team defense and that comes mostly from the coach.Comment -
Yeah they have been struggling this year giving up 98 per. In previous years you could always count on them hovering around the top 5 in D avg around 88-90. I can recall them having many, many games where they held the opponents to 77, 83, 79 type games - not anymore.
Hope the sixers stage a come back here for ya.. They really miss Jrue at the point he could have easily shut down Lin's penetration.

Agreed. Atlanta will be a great play on Friday. Tonight was a rough night. Almost all of the favorites covered and teams were not playing defense at all. Oh well.

It's similar to a two team parlay. It's an IF bet. Your book may or may not have it. Google it and you'll see that it's a lot like a parlay but has much different aspects so you should check it out.
