IMO, if Red Bull (Vettel) are to win the race, they will need to get off to a good sized lead to be able to counteract the tyre drop off they will suffer.

Pole was 216mph. Must be well over 220 into turns.

If he can skip away from the start I imagine McLaren/Ferrari will be forced to cover him pitting 2 laps earlier than they would prefer anyway.

If Canada turns into a single pit stop race, Red Bull will be forced to pit early and that will expose them in the latter stages of the race. Teams will not have such an urgency to cover this weekend. Remember, Safety Car will most likely be a factor, so staying out as late as possible could be advantages.

Also, In the last 10 Canadian Grands Prix, there have been only three instances where the winner also started from pole.

True. It's going to be a VERY interesting race. Particularly if we get the usual Montreal wildcard of rain, or the track falling apart, or the tyres wearing much differently than expected etc etc

thats why top 15 starting spot has won 18 of last 20 cup races

and they will pass even more than less less powerful cars probably

dont think i would ever bet logano to win a cup race anywhere close to +1900 just cause hes on a pole

way overpriced imo

too many better options for a final pick in that range
