Yeah watched a bit of the girls last night (surf was terrible!).
Weston Webb looked okay (first I'd seen of her) but if Nicki surfs to her ability she has better turns. If it's as small as some of yesterdays heats that other girl will have a chance though she's pretty small! Really like Silvana Lima to keep doing some damage.
What book do you use? I never have girls heat odds till the later rounds just the mens.Comment -
Like your seabass call, Flores looks a headcase this year he just quits in his heats straight away. Also Raoni Monteiro he can still do some good turns in little waves and neither (he or Bourez) can really punt.
De Souza looks a banker for multis there's no way he should be 1.25 in small beachies against Hall, I'd have him $1.10 if I was setting a line. The rest I don't really have an opinion on, the brazilians I'm thinking will do well (even those wild cards could upset if conditions are average).Comment -

Love Jadson, Medina out of the locals but haven't really seen much of the lesser known ones though. I use 365 and lux. Lux is always one the ball but had a few issues with 365 as they just don't get how surfing is continuous till the end of the day so they sometimes miss a rd or two.

Just waiting to see what conditions are like. They said it would clean up and not drop off much from yesterday so it could be really good hopefully. If it's like yesterday I'd like seabass to pick up the win (Zeits' turns especially those reos in the pocket are good scorers) but I have the feeling it might be a bit less chunky in that case I'd go Josh.
Apparently they're going to finish today? They mentioned it at the start of yesterday if that's the case the guys still to surf in round 5 would have to surf 4 heats if they were to win. I think that gives Jordy and Taj's event winner odds a good shot given they're already through, can't rule out Bede and Nat Young I guess either especially if the barrels are square again.
Only one local left is surprising to me, hopefully ADS doesn't get the home push from the judges for ya!
