#1 Traverse (9/5) Coming into last race she was carrying a 2 race win streak shipping in from Churchill Downs stepping up vs stakes company for the first time but unfortunately it did not go her way as she got into a lot of trouble throughout the race especially heading around the far turn and into the stretch where she finally found a path to get out but too late to finish 4th; She heads back to Allowance company again with a new jockey Torres in the irons today which he can steer her to victory with a rail post and a good trip

#7 Betty Jo (10-1) Ran her debut right here at Oaklawn where she had a solid trip behind the front runners of the race which she managed to get the victory by 3/4 of a length; This will be the the first time she will run against winners with a weaker field on tap here so if the pace is not too quick and she sits right off it like she did last time she can once again make it to the winners circle and stay undefeated in her young career at hopefully a nice price like her morning line!

This one did get claimed last time out for $30k after dropping in class in the most recent start with a few poor starts before that which Robert is hoping this one can get turned around here now; A drop in class along with a better trainer and jockey can help his chances here with Torres being hot as of late in the last 7 days being 24-8-4-3; If this one can get a good break off the gate with Torres this one can be the one to upset today

#10 Easy Action (9/2) Looks to be the in the best shape in his life with improving speed figures and finish positions the last 4 career starts; The most recent start was right here at Oaklawn where he ran a (pretty well) front end win to go away by 1 3/4 lengths; Does step up in class today but with all the positives going his way today I don't think that stops him here; Trainer Norm Casse has been hot the last 14 days having a impressive record of 4-3-0-0; This horse also has been staying in shape in the morning with having a sharp workout on February 12th going 4 furlongs in 48:2 being the 8th best workout out of 129 horses that day; This race is absolutely LOADED with early speed with could set up for the pressers and stalkers but if this one can hold stamina around a route distance here I think 'Action can be the one to beat here today

R7) I went back and looked at the last race for the #12 and I am encouraged with this animal. This was his debut and he dropped way back and came running. Subsequent work was a bullet. I am thinking he got an education and will break better. Hoping the 12 hole will add some value. (5-1) morning line.


R10) This horse is 2-5 on the morning line and looks to have this state bred bunch over a barrel. Not much to add here other than looks like she is much the best with the warning of her running 2nd in here first two starts.

Honestly didn't watch the races till later due to working till 6 at night but when I watched the replay I saw it was sloppy
It all depends on how the horse(s) raced in the past on the wet track: Can he/she handle it like they did the last time or does the pedigree show that they can have a good shot with running in this track condition? So in this case it was good for my pick since the horse like what I said in my pre-race analysis that it ran a good race last time out at Oaklawn and it was also sloppy track too
