.arrogate will stand for 75k ..think gun runner will be more regardless of pegasus result...he's really a near perfect horse..performance, pedigree** (way above avg),conformation
and the fact that his running style is towards the front
** dam is a half to saint liam (horse of the year) by giant's causeway (elite sire) dam is a multiple G2 winner herself...huge
outside of frankel and american pharoah gr is one of the most complete horses retired to stud that I can
remember .. interestingly enough the only others I can think of is her dam sire gc (monster in Europe and just missed winning bc classic on dirt !! ..pedigree off the charts also)
and her sire candy ride retired undefeated in 6 starts ..both could run on grass or dirt..truly remarkable credentials gr has..think 10 years or less from now he'll be a top 3
also believe his overall bloodlines are desirable as you have to go back at least 5 generations to get to mr prospector and northern dancer.. the two strands of the former are both through fappiano who I believe was his his first son to make a mark as a sire.. two of the 3 nd lines are through lyphard who I believe did not carry forward much blood (at least in the USA).. a little bold ruler on the bottom through secretariat (storm cat's dam sire).. bottom line he should be an out cross for many of the modern day sires.. this is off the top of my head so I could be partially or totally wrong (about the mix being positive thing, not the bloodlines)

bought at auction for 550k as a yearling last year.. sire curlin I believe was 75k stud fee last year and dam was a winner and has 1 winner from as many starters and that one was nothing special .. that translates to price being a bunch for this 2yo colt.. of course giant's causeway being the dam sire (gun runner) might have something to do with it.. female family possibly very good but of course can't investigate that far.. like that he gets 7f to run at as he's definitely stoutly bred
14.3 (within 2/10th's +/- ..haven't calculated last few)
260.50
probably finish today.. looking at aqueduct

JBEX It's tough to isolate one play a day. Pretty good job here. You did get a bit lucky with that 39/1 shot(FTS) that came in off a 12/1 ML. Looking to challenge you to a long drawn out contest. Base unit $2 w/p and option to move it to $4 w/p. No limit on plays min or max. ($ min amount of roll though.) No caps. Give us a good read on how we perform long term. You may want to take a break after this one, so hit me back when/if you are interested. I will do the grading.
