#4345See Post #4339 for today's plays. Fading STL was play #15 and we won the A bet when COL covered the PL. That chase is over so there is no B bet against STL today.Comment -

Do not place any wagers on teams unless you are sure your team is the dog or favorite. The team underlined and highlighted blue is the team we are betting on, regardless of v1 or v2. If you play the closer line games too early, you may be overpaying for a loss if you play the P/L and should have been on the M/L, or lose a game that you would have won had you been on the (M/L) instead of the (+1½). We will always play the M/L if the team we are betting on is the M/L favorite or in games when the line is (-110/-110) or (-105/-105), and always play the (+1½) if the team we are betting on is a M/L dog. ALL results will be based on this principle. If it is a close line game, you may want to wait til closer to game time to place your wager so you know whether or not we are on the (+1½) or the (M/L). You may need to buy the alternate line (+1½) on occasion if the M/L dog team we are betting on is the (-1½) team with your individual book. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, or vice versa, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the M/L dog team on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines.

#4348Was going over some numbers for October for hockey based on covers closing lines. Favorites are 90-59 (60%) not counting the games that are -105 on both sides. So if we are playing favorites -150 or higher we would probably be up very little.
Not sure what you can take from this stat but thought it would be helpful in some way.Comment -

#4350That's what I was doing during the MLB season....backtesting NHL I was able to make a formula that I was able to input different lines, etc. and in NO way (that I remember) are you able to just play a certain dog/fav Money Line and expect to be up at the end of the year. Filters are needed..etc etc, blah blahComment -

#4351Missed todays games but was able to get ARZ -1.5 (-194) and Min +2.5 (+242) live bets. Hopefully Min can score at least once currently down 3-0. pit line at -2.5 was just way too expensive at -384 live right now. Waiting to see if i can still get Lak and Dal if the juice is not too high.Comment -

#4353Just thought they would hold them off since they were already up 2-0 when I bet it. Turn out I was wrong on all the hockey games I bet today. Just wrong side of every thing. I took Dal ML as well but I had a bad feeling about it since Lak had the momentum after the 2nd period with more shots on goal. Wanted to play the system as closely as possible though.
Anyways hopefully I can wake up early enough to place the bets in the morning. Wasn't able to today. I had the games inputted into my excel sheet also since you posted them night before. Just wanted to wait until morning to see how the lines adjust. Oh well onto tomorrow!
Thanks as always for the early postings.Comment -

Not too bad for (C) bets. However, both together equals nearly our profit to date (19 units).
