I guess we just see things differently. Niemi was 6-0 in playoff series until very recently. That's almost as good as 7-0. Not to mention the Sharks had gone 6-0 in OT this post-season until they lost in game 5 of the WCF. Those were streaks and they came to an end.
A streak is just that -- a streak. Could go on forever. Could be broken at the next opportunity. In this case, the streak has no memory (or very little since Roli is a constant, but his team and the opponents have changed). All that matters is he's 1-0 with TBay facing elimination against Boston. That's a 1 game sample size. And winning that 1 game doesn't factor any way into the next game since there's no aggregate.
