Hey,

I'm thinking about taking Columbus and the Craps as dogs today. Just think Ovechkin and co. might turn up the heat in a big game in Tampa tonight.

I considered the Panthers but it's hard to oppose the Devils at the moment so i'm not gonna touch that game.

I was also considering the Craps, they would have been the S1 play for the other thread, but they are below TB in the standings so that makes a no-play with the new rules there. Still might go after it here.
I was also going to play the Panthers. I still dont believe in the Devils completely, and they just had a battle against the rival blue-shirts last night.

Good point about the Devils just coming off a hard-fought match in New York. After a bad two days though personally after the All Star Break I'm gonna try and pick my spots and be a little more conservative to get some wins on the board.

I wish I would start playing a little more conservatively. less plays, bigger moneys. It just always feels like such a damned coin flip. I lose more than I win, tho, especially lately, perhaps a fade is in order. thanks for the luck. i need that shit.

Haha i know how you feel. I was going pretty well indeed but since the All Star Break i've had a shocker the past 2/3 days; I thought it wouldn't be so unpredictable. One of the days, all the favourites won across the board - you don't see that often so that's where people like us who like to take the dogs regularly will get burned.

NJ v Toronto OVER 5.5 +110 (at toronto, so I like the over)
LA Kings +Ev. (No Malkin, No Crosby still, Kings have a shot here tonight. Pitt has Lost 2 straight)

FLYERS + HABS ml, +127 (Flyers will win tonight and my S2 has won two in a row. Habs played last night in a goal-fest in Beantown, sure, but they welcome the lowly Isles. I think they get the job done tonight.)

I knew I should have taken the Pens tonight. All I saw every where, especially after this post, was LA Kings here and there, on the front of the forum, on the top of the list.... That was a dumb pick, and everyone and their mother was on it. Make a mental note of a game like this.

Minnesota Wild +125
Nik Backstrom has been on absolute fire.
Anaheim Ducks +125
The Ducks are 7-3-0 in their last 10, and have won 2 straight. Sure the Flames are no pushover these days, and will be at home, but I like this play, esp at that number.
Detroit Red Wings +125.
The wings have struggled lately, and the Bruins are a tuff beat. But any time I get this kind of line on the number 2 team in a conference, I consider it worth the risk.
Colorado Avalanche +110.
The Avs welcome Forsberg tonight and try to put an end to a 5 game skid.

I dont think Ill have any plays for Saturday. Too much futbol, too much NCAAB... Great line on that UK@Vandy game and 'cuse@'ville.
I like a lot of the favorites today, too.

Hey man,

Well done last night, I was close to a clean sweep as well and ended up 3-1 haha

. The Rangers let me down, leading with 5 mins left before Evander Kane popped up and then they let the winner in after Del Zotto took a penalty

The Isles made it a truly memorable night though

...one of the best dog plays this season I think!

Here are the plays for Sunday, February 13.

Boston Bruins +120.
Sure they are at the Red Wings, who are coming off an impressive win, but the Detroits have been pretty inconsistent of late. I consider this the best/only real 'dog with a shot worthy of my money today.

I'm tempted to stick a unit on the Isles? Nice odds and have done well against the Sabres lately, plus they're buzzing after pounding the Pens. Buffalo is inconsistent as well.
