Will post my NHL playoff plays and discussion for anyone that is interested. I am very excited as Hockey is the sport that I truly love more than any other. As a Canadian it is a great time of the year and im looking forward to it. Would love discussion on the playoffs.


Here are my predictions on the first rd.


Caps in 4 games.

Pens in 6 games

Sharks in 6 games.

Sabres in 7 games.

Canucks in 5 games.

Wings in 6 games.

Hawks in 6 games.

Devils in 7 games.

I have a tough time with totals in the playoffs. teams play good D to lead to unders and refs give powerplays to get goals for ratings which produces overs.

Two of the best Defensive teams in the league, playoff time, phx will probably start slow with all the anticipation in that city, both teams like to control possession, particularly their defenses, typically don't make mistakes. good bet, think Under is the right call. i was going to take the wings tonight but i'll roll with you on this. you probably know a lot more about hockey than me.

Tonnes of value on this and just because it's game one of the playoffs doens't mean both teams are going to quit scoring.
4-2 or 5-2 Pens would be the expected outcome.

I'm on the Sens and Flames (Canadian bandwagon jumper I am). I know the Sens have an extremely tough first rounder with the defending champs and it's probably a miracle is needed for them to get thru but hockey is hockey and I'm excited for the playoffs to start!!

Wings ml -114 (1x)- i dont care if its square. If the wings lose this game then they will be -150 at least next game and i will try the vice versa approach. If the coyotes lose this game they will still have good value next game.

Hey lb i guess you were more right then I was about the picks tonight. You picked all the road teams and went 3-1 and I picked garbage and went 1-3 lol. Kind of sums up my sport year this year lol. I want last year back!

Im gonna have a couple of plays tonight. I wont lay -250 or whatever on the caps , thats not my style. I will leave that game or look for a different angle. I like the Bruins right now and the under in the van game. Gonna wait and see.

I can't see much standing out tonight. The Caps ML seems certain but at -278 I don't like that juice especially in game 1. I'm actually hoping they lose game 1 and loading up big on Caps ML game 2.

I think alot of people are forgetting NHL isn't NBA and 1 vs. 8 won't be a complete runover
