They have what is called "shoot out". Each team hand a card to the ref telling them who will participate and in what order. One player verse the goalie. Teams alternate shots. It goes at least three rounds. If still tied, they go until there's a winner AND both teams have had the same number of chances. In terms of grading wagers only 1 goal is added to the winning team - it doesn't matter if team a got 4 goals while team b got only 3, in the final score only one more goal is added to team a's total.

I've got under 76.5 but may pass on the side. Nova is down 18 at the break and -3 for 2h? Logic says take Nova, but I hate when it seems too good to be true.

he had them +1.5 , so you add 1.5 to the bruins/rags final team total hence they then win. It is called the puckline

To many (myself included) that is the way to go. Think about it for a minute, just pick who wins the game (50/50 chance) play that line and collect if/when you win. Others will tell you to not go past a certain line because if the heavy doesn't win, it'll take longer to recoup. Yes, it can but also know the books know just how "strong"/"good" a team is and will make the line higher on an elite team verses an average or poor team. You're on your way to learning to love the NHL.

puckline eh, I though the said ML, but the puckline would explain it. of course bruins puckline was pretty expensive if I remember correctly, which would make for a horrible pay out on a parlay.
