Picks for 5th March 2013:

Sabres@Hurricanes Sabres ML +110 x3

I think this is a good spot for the Sabres, they have been playing alot better lately. Vanekis back into the lineup and this should give them a spark. this will be 4 games in 6 nights for both teams. Ryan miller has played much better. Justin Peters is in net for carolina tonight.

Jets@Panthers Jets Under 2.5 goals +110 x1

Markstromm is starting tonight. I think he did well letting up only 3 goals each to pitt an Boston. If Florida can play the same way this should be a low scoring game. Markstrom should be over the NHL jitters now and i look for a good game from hm tonight.

Bos@Capitals Capitals under 2.5 goals -126x1

Bos is coming off a loss, but i expect a full effort from them tonight. I could see thi being a low scoring game with holby being on but, winnipeg didnt put pmch of an effort in there last game. I still havnt liked the way Wash has played. I think Rask
can get back on track 4-2 or 3-1 boston final is very realistic.

The Islanders should be up for this game. they had a comeback win over MTL about 10 days ago. Mtl has played very well but they just beat Boston and just maybe a let down is possible here. That Islanders Home record will eventually get better.

Oilers@CBJ Oilers -123 x1

The Oilers Get Hall back tonight, and this is a must win game tonight. The Oilers up coming schedule is just brutal adding that columbus is fairly injured, they should win this. Columbus will be without jack johnson and wiesnewski again.

Flyers@Rangers Rangers Over 2.5 goals -126 x1

With Nash back in the Lineup this team is much stronger ofensively. I think this game may go over the total.Lundqvist did very well vs buffalo the other night. I think this may be a back and forth game, but willing to trust NYR over PHI here.

I think the Blues will play desperate here. I wasnt impressed by how LA played for the first 2 periods, they were lucky they were playing a defeated Nashville team. Bernier has been great but wasnt really tested last night. Also Bernier hasnt played this many games in awhile so maybe some fatigue seeps in here

Boston leads 3-0 loses 4-3
Buff badly outplays Carolina in 3rd period scores 3 but gives up 2.
Canucks 40 shots on net loses in shoot out
Stlouis up 4-1 lose the game

I'm gonna take a few days off. Way too many incompitant penetrating teams

Flyers coming off a road trip, they will press hard for this game, fleury played better vs the best offense in the league last game. I think it will be close to 6 goals. Hard to tell, I wouldn't play the under, it's all weather the over hits or not. Pitt is rested looking to win this one. Philly can't be happy with there game in NYR.
