Trevor Cahill starting pitcher of Oakland looks like a very nice spot start against a slumping Baltimore Orioles
Cahill's lifetime batting average numbers against Baltimore is under 200

Yeah that was a little strange to see Medlen starting. His minor league numbers this year in the PCL haven't been good. I wanted to pound Astros but I was tired and their cold bats kept me away. Arizona bats don't look very good either, and the bottom half of their lineup seems very weak.

Jacob Junis for the Kansas City Royals will be a good start against the Tigers great numbers against the Tigers
However he is over 60%owned and chances are you probably don't have him available in your league
Matt Boyd of the Tigers is Dreadful with Dreadful numbers against the Kansas City Royals

Realistically Kyle Gibson makes for a perfect spot start with great numbers against the Chicago White Sox
        17% owned

Realistically, I've had some bad luck with my analysis of spot pitchers
Trevor Cahill goes six Innings shutout with 12 whopping strikeouts and no decision because Oakland can't score a run
CC Sabathia has a masterful shut out with a 5 nothing lead but the bullpen can't hold on to the lead
I'm a little cold and have a little bit of bad luck lately

Nothing sticks out too much for Monday
Homer Bailey has a history of getting destroyed by the New York Mets bats
Adrian Gonzalez is gone deep six times against him and only 4% owned
I think the Mets are going to be a good bet on the moneyline it's a near pick `em right now

Mets starting pitcher today is AAA callup PJ Conlon who doesn't have great numbers for the Vegas minor league team. Looks like a score-fest game for both sides.

A-Gon turns out to be a good stream as he hits his 7th home run off Bailey

shoulda hit that Over bigger, made it my play of the day, but only 1 unit.
                    7-6 Mets win final score.
Bailey gave up 3 HR, total of 6 ER in 4 innings pitched

A win is a win. Good on the win, regardless you didn't put more money on it
Every Gambler has felt that way after a win....

                      ...
Tomorrow my long shot spot play would be Danny Duffy of the Kansas City Royals
Duffy has pitched like s*** lately this I know but he has a thing for the Baltimore Orioles the Orioles bat sub 200 against him including Manny Machado
                      44%owned

Personally, going with the Yankee run line Royal moneyline 2 team parlay
Starting pitcher Drew pomeranz Boston Red Sox is not that good
Luis Severino has pitched very good for the New York Yankees
the only caution is severino's only bad start was in Fenway where he gave up five runs last month

Picked up Cleveland Indians outfielder Rajai Davis
His lifetime numbers against Wade Miley are impressive with two home runs
                          Less than 1% owned

                            Looking ahead to tomorrow
Houston run line looks great. Gerrit Cole has 24 k's vs 2 walks and 20 hits lifetime vs. Oakland. Mencken allowed 350+ average vs. Astro bats
Nothing sticks out on the fantasy factors, however. All favorable matchup have high ownership

Cleveland is playing really bad defense, by their standards lately

Another couple errors tonight, which in reality didn't affect the outcome of the game which they lost at Milwaukee, but it was a Kluber start....and he wasn't on his game either....gave up a HR to the pitcher Suter !

                                Cleveland looks very unmotivated
I don't think I want to mess with them until they become a little more consistent

                                  Astro run line looks great
Jose Altuve and Carlos Correa both bat 500 lifetime against Daniel mengden
However Jonathan Lucroy catcher for Oakland does have a 9 for 21 lifetime average against Gerrit Cole

How in the hell is Patrick Corbett and Underdog against the overrated Los Angeles Dodgers
Paul Goldschmidt and AJ Pollock Crush Alex Wood
I've got a 2 team parlay Diamondbacks moneyline Astros run line

I'm liking Berrios at LAA Angels tonight....might be risky overall, but he's got good numbers vs. Right handed batters, which the Angels are full of, other than Ohtani and Luis Valbuena (assume he will be in the lineup). Berrios started the year hot, then last 3 starts not quite as good, also so far in his career been a bit less effective in road starts

^^^this lost badly with Angels winning 7-4, after they scored 2 runs early in both the 2nd and 3rd innings. The key here mighta been the homeplate ump Larry Vanover ranks as the 4th best "hitter friendly" ump looking at his ball/strike ratio and other such ump metrics. Berrios is the type of pitcher in particular who will not benefit from a tightly called strike zone.

A pair of double headers today
                                            Tampa Bay versus Baltimore
                                            Seattle versus Detroit
Carlos Gomez outfielder for Tampa Bay has batted 375 this last week, 4% owned

                                            Mid relievers
                                            Seattle's James pazos

All these guys have been near-flawless the last week, if you got room for them they should be able to pitch

Oakland and New York starting pitchers both have very low Era's

Maybe a small wager on the over in Pittsburgh San Francisco
Both starting pitchers have an era north of five in the last two starts
Nova era is 13 plus in his last two starts

what do you think about this Romero starting for the Twins today? Lotta buzz about him after the first couple starts. But also he wasn't a highly touted name, so sometimes these guys come out have a couple good starts, but then don't stand tall over time.

Hearing he's got great command and been impressive

How long does it take to cook a chicken on a rotisserie?

At a cooking temperature between 300 and 350 degrees F, it takes a chicken about 20 to 30 minutes per pound to cook. A 4-pound chicken should take nearly 2 hours. When the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 175 to 180 degree F, it is time to take it off the heat
