yo - still havent made a play on this game, but i noticed your local gave you 56. was that an error by your boo or is that play confirmed for you? i see this opening at most online shops around 60/61.

Not an error at all; I am locked and loaded on that one and I have no reason to believe that the wager will not be honored. There were a few shops that opened in the 57 range, not the least of which is Betonline who is generally the first offshore book to open NCAAF totals. I was shocked to see that number when my local book opened up the bowl games on the morning of December 5th and I jumped on it. Looking back, I wish I would have hit it even harder. As it currently stands, I thoroughly expect my local to honor that wager win or lose.

If you are interested in the over for that game, I would not recommend taking it over the key number of 62 and if possible try to get it at 61 or better. I believe you will see a buyback on game day, so you may want to wait to jump on it right before the game when all the under money will flood in. At that point, you may be able to get it at 60.5 or thereabouts.

The two dropped passes at the end of the game cost me 5k. I don't know who was worse the quarterback or the wide receiver. Oh, and nice 4th down pass at the end of the game. You said it...disgrace...Houston was giving them the cover, and they still couldn't score.

yea, I kept tellng myself the over is the play and stanford would cover, but I had done so bad lately, I checked what everyone else had and they all went with OKST and I didn't see much on the over. So I like everyone else went with OKSt and got gun shy. Uggghhhhh.

i feel its a super close game and i was looking for a good reason to grab the 3. The ACC is 2-11 all time in BCS games, and they are 2-5 in bowl games this year. Big East is 2-1 this year. i will be playing the over as well for 3u, but hoping for some buyback on the over....

If I had to take a side I'd also take West Virginia, but since I like the total more, I'm just going to root for scoring.

Do you usually take the 3 either way, Dex? Last night, it was an absolute joke that Va. Tech didn't win money line. Either way it seems that you should go ML on either team, especially the dawg, if you can't get off the 3. Any thoughts on that?
