Z -- I don't think you're the one that's getting confused here. I believe you have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the SEC. The 'confusion' lies in the statements by others.

Both teams have equal amounts of talent, but Ole Miss has a QB playing at a high level. Nothing confusing about that!

ole miss probably my only college football play this week, Snead should be in true form and south carolina's offence isn't anywhere near as good as they looked against Georgia, Georgia being one of the most over hyped teams going into this season

The kid is a meathead and that is why he is struggling in Spurrier's offense.

I like Ole Miss here and I like them for 2 units. I got it at Matchy -3.

I wouldn't say "everyone" is on Ole Miss. The line is dropping fast.

Secondly, what does it matter which side of the game the public is on? If the play is the play---who cares if the public is on it, or they are not on it?

That can't hold much consideration when making a play

Everyone is giving sc too much credit for hanging with georgia--georgia is over rated and has shown they have absolutely no defense; SC HAS an unstable qb; and will give up when things don't go their way, not to mention a true freshman starting at corner. Miss is hungry and has one of the better qb in the country and will be looking to run it up on national tv--miss by 17.

I think S.Carolina is the play here..SCarolina defense is pretty darn good and the offense is good enough to win games. Plus, Miss has "cake walked" through there first 2 games--playing memphis & southeastern louisiana (what?). And now their first big game comes on road!

Also..this line is really low. I capped it at Miss -6.5. Which leaves me to believe SC must match up pretty will against this team.

Like I've mentioned before, I hate betting these ESPN thursday night games. So I put a small wager on SC.

i agree with martin, sc is getting too much love and i feel the ole miss team is much better. they really haven't played anyone which is helping this line be as low as it is, i'm on ole miss pretty heavy
