#705yep, Camoes is a plodder...has next to zero footwork and is quite rotund shall we say! As u say his takedowns usually come from grabbing hold of his opponent and dragging them down rather than from a power double or single. Gonna be difficult against somebody like Guillard. Only way I see him finishing Melvin is if Melvin goes full retard again with his hands down like against Lauzon and gets caught and dropped, or if Camoes does some how close distance and just immediately jumps on Guillards back and sinks hooks in. Both unlikely scenarios thoComment -

#706thinking the opposite on roller, dirty dick... I think roller is auto fade material, def wouldn't pay that juice on roller (-245 is ridiculous juice for that guy imo), his best hope is to get it to the ground and keep it there for a gridning and boring 3 round decision. His td ability looks worse with every fight, and because I give allesio the standing, cardio, jitz, experience / better comp faced and a definite size edge, I'm liking allessio at those odds and they appear to be getting better. I think shane is the rightful favorite as allesio's obvious weakness are superior grapplers who can keep him on his back, but I'm not sure shane is the guy to do that for 3 rounds, and at -245 that's just too much so I think there is value in allessio, especially if his odds get close to +200...
Also I somewhat agree on camoes, but I wouldn't play him at this point... I think melvin is also auto fade material and I def wouldn't pay that -300 juice on him in this, as I think he always has the potential to be upset, but I also wouldn't play camoes due to his horrible stand up, so a no play imo... BUt he does have power in his hands when considering melvins suspect chin and if he gets melvin in a bad spot on the ground I can see the classic guillard fumble going down, so I would love to see an upset and wouldn't be suprised - its wishful thinking but you never know!
GL with your kim bet, I still can't pull the trigger on it, gonna wait till the weigh ins.
Thanks big dog.. Kim is at -150 now... I am thinking of just throwing another $300.00 on just Kim, leaving it as my only play at 148.. It would prob be my first time where I actually stick to one play instead of trying to get action on every fight. I am going to wait until the way ins also, and decide afterwards. I am tempted to pay the juice on Anderson; even at -290, but it goes against all of my betting rules.haha, and I would be going against you and Aaron also, lol, so I'll prob. stay away. GL on Alessio and Sonnen, Alessio f--ked me last time, so I just can't take him, even at +200. Still a good bet though. Where are we going to watch the card? W-Wings, or Seniors? Don't wanna watch them in your sweat box. Holla at me tonight.. Here is my only play so far:

#708I'll be honest I haven't looked close enough yet on the fights to give a real good opinion on the undercard....but I have no problem laying the juice on Anderson...Chael fought a nearly flawless fight in his last match with Anderson and still lost...I just think it's hard to imagine that Chael will be capable of a repeat performance...Anderson Inside the distance is gonna be the play for me as soon as I can get more than 50$ on it
Thanks man..Comment -

If I were you dirt and oyu got the funds I don't think doubling up on kim is a bad bet, can't knock you for it, but also can't knock maia backers either as I think both have legit chances. Personally if I had the bankroll I'd be on dhk as it appears most are, but because my roll is small now I gotta pick my spots and I think this is too close for my monaay... I just don't want you to go 'I told you so' if dhk does come through and you didn't double up ahaha..
And dude you bet 25 on allessio last time right?? That ain't shit (lol well now it is to me)!! I think he's a great dog, but won't be suprrised if roller does ground him for 3. I just think roller shouldn't be more than -140 tops, so I see value in alessio's odds.
Can't knock you for anderson either, I only got 50 on chael so I don't care if you go against homeslice....
Haha my sweat box... Stephy is gone so my place will be roomier if we do need to watch here, but I'm down for a bar or wings or seniors... Senior is ordering too, holler at him he wants us to cruise I think and I'm down.

#711JC what'd you think about the weigh in and thoughts on maia, you pulling the trigger dog king?
Also, if you don't mind would love to hear your final thoughts on Tibau / Khabib?
I know you were leaning khabib and I"m curious if you're still picking him after doing some research... I played half a line on tibau at -200 (100 to win 50), but wanna double it up now as I really like him but if you're taking khabib I might have to take a step back.

4 plays for tonight's card
1st play on the card will be on Oliveria....I fully expect him to hit a trip at some point in the first round before Izquiredo can get off with any serious kicks..."Tractor" is just miles ahead in terms of submission grappling and positional grappling.....I'll say Rafaello Oliveira wins via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) Round 1
2nd play will be on Camoes...Fabricio is as tough as hell...I think he can survive through Melvin's typical first round onslaught...once he got past that it's only a matter of time..Camoes isn't a powerful wrestler or anything but he doesn't have to be against Melvin...I expect Melvin to get wayyyyy to open and Camoes to latch on to a leg and drag him down..I highly doubt once it hits the mat that Melvin can survive...I'll say Fabricio Camoes wins via Submission (Guillotine Choke) Round 1
3rd play is a big one for me....I will be taking Maia to beat the "Stun Gun" and I'm pretty confident about it...styles make fights and I think all of Kim's strengths play right into Maia's...Kim is a powerful judo player with exceptional top control..but I don't see him surviving sweeps and sub attempts from the bottom from a guy like Maia...I am not convinced in the least that that Kim is a better striker than Maia either...neither are world beaters but I give a slight edge in power and significant strike ability to Maia....I think this fight will go to the cards with a close opening frame and then Maia pulling away the rest of the fight...I'll say Demian Maia wins via Unanimous decision (30-27,29-28,29-28)
Last play is on Anderson Silva Inside the distance...analysis short and sweet...Chael fought the best he could with the perfect fight and still lost to Silva...I excpect this to be very different and I expect and early brutal KO..I'll say Anderson Silva wins via KO Round 2
***limits keep me till 250 till the line changes but I will be playing this to win 500
Good Luck everyone

$450 to win $300 on Yoislandy Izquierdo
$28 to win $10 on Melvin Guillard & a $50 5 team parlay involving Melvin
$860 to win $700 on Dong Hyun Kim
I am betting DHK because I believe he is a better strike than Maia. I guess we will see tonite.
After bragging up 15g plus, hit a 4g downswing. Got most fight correct last 3 cards but got all the big (suppose lock) bet wrong.
1g Josh Barnett
2.6g Daniel Pineda @140 and have a chance to arb it out @+110 on Mike Brown but was away from internet....doh.
$300 each on Walburger, Rocha, and Pepey. Now I hate submission artist....lol.
