i trust hominick to lay it all on the line...if his front leg holds up,i think we have a great chance for fight of the night here...with some serious ebb and flow....

i`ve read that he plansd to pressure aldo...but he cant "robot" it like he did with roop...he has to be a bit more clever...

i really want to see aldo in a fight where he`s pressured a bit...takes some real punishment...he`s been walking over guys and not really getting his hands dirty....

if hominick has no plan to neutralize those kicks,then it`ll get ugly..he`ll have to circle to aldo`s right and cut the ring off....

i`m not canadian...but i hope hominick has a solid game plan...i respect the way the guy fights...he`s a real gamer...

Aldo looks like the best play for me. I have just been so impressed with his speed. Machida is my number two play but I will probably hold off because if Randy takes it the distance Machida will have to dominate him to get the decision. Machida better not leave it to the judges. Still like GSP. If Shields has trouble taking GSP down, I suspect we could be looking at GSP winning 4 or 5 rounds. We should know how this fight is going to go by about the two minute mark in round one. At this point it will either be GSP stuffing takedowns and picking Shields apart, or Shields laying on GSP like a wet blanket. This could be one of those "technical" (or as some call it, boring) grappling matchups.

DSI has limits of 5K on the main card 2K for the 2 fights on Spike and 1K for the rest of the fights. funny how they let you bet more on Brilz/Matyushenko than a fight like Diaz/Macdonald

Blame both fighters for a boring fight, no one wants to grapple with GSP so you are pretty much guaranteed a stand up. GSP stand up was NOT good this fight though but it was enough.

It sucks when the main event is the most boring fight of the card. I'm kinda surprised two judges had GSP winning by just 1 point. I really hope we get a GSP/Anderson Silva fight. That would be great.

GSP is a brilliant cage fighter and does what he needs to do to get the W, but he doesn't take any risks in there. He just does what it takes to win even though he has the ability to finish people.

Another typical GSP 5-round snoozefest. It's fun to watch him win, but the process is a little dull at times.

On another note, GSP got kinda fuked up tonight. His eye doesn't look good at all.

How epic would GSP v. Silva be????

no doubt GSP is a great fighter but he seriously needs to start finishing opponents. decision after decision after decision gets tiresome

I agree, he appologized to the crowd though, finishing shield was not option with only one eye.

No I don't think the silva Gsp fight would be all that exciting. It would probably look a lot like the sonnen fight without the finish.
