Modafferi won her last fight over Tara Larosa at the legendary Moosin event a few months back. She's also never been knocked out, and all of Kaufman's knockouts came prior to her Strikeforce debut. I'd say smart money is on this going to decision.

Voelker - Devela was a close fight. I thought Voelker won the 2nd. I'm a BJJ guy and I am all about awarding activity from bottom. But, I just didnt think Devela threatened with anything seriously and I thought Voelker landed enough to take round. But, Milatich and Quadros were all about Devela. Maybe I was missing something. I was playing poker as well. I often don't agree with Quadros though. I feel like 50% of the time when he asseses a round, I completely disagree.
Then the 3rd was very close as well. Devela was completely gassed, but came to life at the end of the round and could have taken it. But he did get dropped to a knee in that flurry. Good fight.
I tell you, there was some shitty ass bjj in the first 3 fights. Watching that almost makes me want to get in there. Just not sure if I want to get punched in the face.
