Mayweather is a 4-1 favorite, in his prime, at his ideal weight class. Mosley is on the backend of his career, coming off of a stop-start 1 1/2 year layoff where he trained to his peak condition then had the fight fall through (with Berto), only to have to remotivate himself for a new fight. This kind of thing wrecked Sonny Liston for the rematch with Ali.
I don't however, feel like it will be an easy fight for Floyd. His trainer Naazim Richardson is a smart guy and he won't let Shane give as many openings for counter punching as FLoyd's opponents usually do. If Shane has worked on his jab at all he will have a good shot in this fight. If he can avoid walking on to the straight right hand he will be in even better shape, as this is really (outside of a short lead left hook) Floyd's only offensive weapon.
However, what is troubling is Shane's lack of footspeed. Can he close the distance between himself and Floyd quick enough to unsettle him? Unfortunately I think not. Hatton had it and that was ultimately what allowed him to abuse Floyd a little. Shane doesn't have it.
I'm gonna have to go with Floyd by UD.
