but man, theres no fight for gsp at 170 we havent seen before. id really like to see him move up 185

I think only thing left for him at welterweight right now is perhaps a season of TUF, other than that the weight class needs at least a year+ to develop legitimate contenders for GSP. If he wants a real fight he's got to bump up to middleweight, but if he does I really hope he doesn't fight Anderson right away if they can sign Anderson to a new contract.

Is preatty simple, nobody can compete with him at 170, he has destroyed all the top contenders. He needs to move up a weight class and test himself!

well after UFC 115 the division is a bit more clear we now have a contender for GSP, but there have been some upset in the divsion Kampmann/thiago Hathaway/sanchez.

I read that Kampmann wants to fight Hardy at UFC 120. Claude Patrick says he wants to fight Kim. I'd be interested in Condit vs. Sanchez if Diego decides to stay up at 170lb, although they have been matching up winners vs. winners more often now.

Hardy vs Kampmann and Hathaway vs Condit at 120 would be awesome! Kurt Warburton who beat Ross Pearson early in their careers will also be making his debut at 120 along with Paul Sass of Team Kaoben...he is 10-0 with 9 submission wins, all 7 of his first wins came from triangle chokes...hence the nickname Sassangle...remember the names!

diaz is fulfilling my prophecy on his entry into WW, I said he would get 2 wins vs strikers and then he would lose against a wrestler/grappler. Should get a good number on stungun, really wish the stungun/hathaway fight happened.

I agree Brooks, I like Stungun in this one, think he can smother Diaz to a decision win. Isnt Shields pretty much guaranteed GSP next? More likely to be Condit/Kampmann 2 or Condit vs Pyle or Lytle I reckon.

With Shileds getting the shot i'm curious to see what they will do with Fitch. The guy is 13-1 inf the UFC and take away that loss to GSP and he has 21 straight wins Do they risk putting in a guy like Condit and killing a possible future match with GSP if Fitch grinds out a win like he usually does

They'll probly do Howard vs A.Johnson due to the beef they have! Also, although Kos vs Hardy would be very marketable because they also have 'beef', I dont think the UFC would want Hardy having an inevitable 3rd loss in a row on his record, they probly want him to get a win before facing Kos but then there arent many guys in the welterweight division that Hardy could beat for sure. IMO a Kos/Hardy fight would just be very similar to Kos/Daley except Hardy proby wouldnt sucker punch Kos after! Claude Patrick is also coming up and hasnt got a fight scheduled yet, and Pyle and Hathaway.
