Barao should move up to 145 and continue to train in an American camp - if he really wants to continue to fight. I liked his game plan but I think Hugo hit the nail on the head - he just can't keep his wind up with that drastic of a cut.

Yeah. Good win, impressive bet. Holtzman looked like he picked up some steam, got a finish over Alan Patrick, so it wasnt an obvious bet, but you still got that it correct. Holtzman never was very impressive in the ufc, but again Lentz is old an shopworn so yeah, good call Hoff.

AES doesnt look like she has trained muay thay after so many years, one should look like so smooth after a couple of years...so shes def not talented in sports in general. Its only because its so few females doing mma she can do this for a living on television. Insane.
